Time flies... the 10th anniversary concert was just over and now one year has passed. After the 12th anniversary, Wannie and Eric will be out right?

Perfect Singers - Shinhwa

Here are some videos of Shinhwa singing (with the extra music accompaniment removed). Listen to their voices carefully and witness their perfect singing and dancing. Hardly missing a beat or a pitch, its almost as good as listening to their CDs.

This is solid proof that they are really talented and that's one of the reason they lasted so long in the entertainment circle. They can sing very well LIVE, unlike some other popular groups, who just act cute / cool and pretend to sing.

After listening to this, I am so very proud to be a Shinhwa fan, to know them and their talents. Of course they would have put in alot of hard work to achieve that too. Talent without perspiration is nothing. They can sing and dance at the same time, and yet not huffing and puffing, keeping in tune to the songs.

With all their craziness and playfulness, they are serious singers. That's why I love Shinhwa!

Dongwan & Eric countdown

One more month has gone by.... time passed faster this month because I was waiting anxiously for SHS's new album - Keep Leaves.

Dongwannie, another 22 months to go. Eric, you've got another 20 months to go. I wish there were 20 more days to go.

Ric & Wan, as I'm typing this blog entry, I'm listening to Ric's favourite bro - Sungie's new song (Sarang Byeong). Its really nice. His voice is strong & clear. I'm sure the two of you also enjoy listening to HS's album, right? What kind of feedback did you give to Sungie?

Little Prince Hyesung's Passport Holder

I bought this from yesasia. It is really of a very good quality. Thick and strong. I am so glad I made a good buy. Now I can't wait to use my passport. (Feels like Hyesung's with me when I travel)

3rd album side 2 - Keep Leaves

I finally got my hands on my copy of Shin Hyesung's 3rd Album Side 2 - Keep Leaves.

The songs I love are track 5 (sarang byeong), track 7 (Love letter), Track 8 (beautiful girl) and Track 9 (keujarieseo). Love letter is a song of a faster tempo than most of Hyesungie's ballads.

Great job, Sungie. Love your voice. Just imported all the songs on this disc onto my 2 ipods. Going to listen to it again before I sleep because that's the loveliest thing to do, listening to you, serenading me to sleep, to sweet dreams, dreams that are all about you. Good night, Sungie.

By the way, I'm actually listening to beautiful girl (track 8) now as I'm typing this entry.

Shinhwa - Brand New

Requested for the song - Brand New on Arirang "Pops in Seoul". It was selected & played on TV. Wow! I'm so happy. I requested for the song, to remind Shinhwa that I'm still thinking of them & missing them. The song's dedicated to Shinhwa!

In the second installation of his third album entitled Side 2 – Keep Leaves, Shin offers a huge dose of soulful, heart-rending lyrics and enchanting melodies, highlighted by his trademark vocals.

I just preordered the album yesterday - it will only ship on the 18 of Feb. I will probably get it around the end of Feb. Looks good, cant wait. Some photos are up at the Goodenter website. No teasers yet. Hyesung, I wish you all the best in this album. I'm sure your Shinhwa brothers will also be supporting you in the background. Your voice has always been angelic and I'm sure it will sell very well. Heard that your album topped the preordering charts. Congrats!

Bonsang 2008

Congratulations to Shinhwa for winning the Bonsang 2008. I am so proud of them. Junjin, Minwoo & Hyesung were there to collect the award. Andy had to work.

Too bad Eric and Dongwan couldn't be there but I'm sure Eric would be home watching the awards on TV (maybe feeling sad that he can't receive the award on stage) and Dongwan (I'm sure his lovely platoon mates would be cheering & celebrating for him in their own small ways).

Proud of them for doing so well despite the lack for promotion for this 9th album. It shows their standing in the Kpop arena. Well done, boys. Waiting for you is the Bonsang 2011 or 2012. I'll be cheering you from here then. It's a date!

Muscle man - Jun Jin

Saw Junjin & Dongwan on tv the other day. Junjin was leg wrestling with Kim Ji Hoon & Kim Jong Kook. I was so proud of Jinnie. He won every round. 2 rounds against Kim Jong Kook and 1 round again Kim Ji Hoon. Kim Jong Kook couldn't believe he lost the first round and decided to try again. Jinne won again. I really couldn't help squealing with joy. Jinnie's so strong and steady. Kim Jong Kook's face was distorted as he tried to squeeze every ounce of energy to beat Jinnie but Jinnie was basically emotionless and he looked as if he didn't use any energy at all. Winning was like taking candy from a baby! Keep it up, Jin ah!

Happy Birthday, Hyesung

Today's Hyesung's birthday. I bought a chocolate cake and sang him a birthday song. I hope his concerts went well and he's happy. Wonder if his Shinhwa bros found time to celebrate with him or gave him a call?

I'm sure they would have - how could they ever forget their precious Hyesung's birthday right?

Guy with the brightest smile - Kim Dongwan

Saw Dongwan on Golden Bell yesterday. He looked fresh and cheery. He did mention that his height is the thing that bothers him the most. I think Minwoo also mentioned that on Golden Bell before.

Anyway, it was nice seeing him on tv. He flashed his bright smile and made my day. Take care Dongwan!

Dongwan enlisted yesterday and I remembered to keep him in my prayers. I hope he's doing fine and adjusting.

I was so busy yesterday I could not blog about wannie. His song (promise) is on the mnet charts. M & Jinnie's songs are also on the mnet charts. So happy for them. Shinhwa members are all good singers and entertainers. That's why Dongwan also asked all fans to continue to support all other active Shinhwa members in their solo activities.

Dongwan, take care and see you in about 28 days.

M on Golden Bell challenge

Saw M on Golden Bell the other day. He was so handsome. Everything about him was perfect. His smile, his cuteness... I was mesmerised! He's so lively as compared to when Hyesung was on golden bell. The camera also could not stop focussing on M.... after some other guest said something, they would show M's reaction / smile... I guess that's because he is so charming that everyone's naturally attracted to him.

Shinhwa's 10 anniversary concert dvd

I received the Shinhwa 10th anniversay concert dvd (korean version & the Japan version) yesterday. The korean version has 2 dvds (about the concert) & a photo book. The Japan version has 3 dvds (2 about the concert & a bonus dvd - behind the scenes, etc). Surprisingly, the japan version comes with English subtitles. To me, the Japan version was a better buy than the Korean version. The boys were so sad & they cried....the concert was very interesting & I enjoyed every song they sang. I cried too when I watched them. Their love for each other is so strong. If any 3 of them were gals, the other 3 would marry them!! I believe them when they say they are just taking a short break and will definitely be back. I'll be counting down till then.

M on Vitamin

So happy to see M on Vitamin. I taped the show & watched it at midnight... was very tired but so glad to see him and I'm so proud that he has the cleanest teeth... (SO KISSABLE)

He was so cute when he tried to shake off the 2 stickers that were stuck to his face. His expressions were priceless.
