M's Minnovation is ready for pre-ordering. It seems there might be different cover designs for albums bearing different serial numbers. There is also a version (which is a little more expensive) that comes with a poster (which shows his perfect abs).

Best male singer in Korea

Hyesung is the best male singer in Korea, with a heavenly voice that expresses all kinds of emotions very well. When listening to his songs, his voice draws you into his world or into the lyrics of the song. His voice is like a rainbow after a rainy day, a fluffy, clean and soft white cloud against a clear blue sky. He has a refreshing voice, to pick me up at the end of a long, tiring day at work. Yet, his voice is also so sweet and soft, it can put me gently to sleep like an angel singing the sweetest lullaby. He has the ability to express himself well in a wide variety of genres - from rock & dance songs to R & B and ballads. I love Shin Hye Sung's voice.

Dongwan's 1st concert dvd

Here is the list of songs he sang at his 1st concert. It does not mention any special guest performance but I hope to see a few Shinhwa members on stage with him. My favourite "Handkerchief" is the last song on the dvd.

Junjin singing in Taiwan

Jinnie had some performance in Taiwan. The Taiwanese fans are so lucky to see him.

Park Jun Jin in Taiwan

Jinnie went to Taiwan a few days ago. I don't know if he's back but I pray that he has a good trip and hope he can find some time to take a breather and enjoy the sights before his enlistment.

Kim Dongwan's concert dvd

It's finally out. Dongwan's concert dvd is going to be released in a few weeks time. It's available for preordering at Yesasia. Just saw it and have ordered it. Its so exciting and I can't wait to get my hands on it, to see Dongwan in action again after so long.

Park Choong Jae

I've received Jinnie's album - Fascination. It's good. I love every song in the album. Love his sexy voice too but its a mini album, not a full one. I've got to wait another 2 years before getting my hands on another of Jun Jin's album. Sigh... 2 long years! I hope they go by quickly.

Minnovation Postponed

M's latest album has been postponed till the end of this month. I think he wants to refine certain areas and leave us with a beautiful piece of work for us to remember him for the next two years that he will be enlisted in the army. Its not available for preordering yet at Yesasia. I'm craning my neck everyday, looking out for it. Minwoo, all the best.

Minwoo's going to release an album soon, on 9th June 2009. It should be his last before he enlists. I'm going to miss him when he enlists. I'm checking Yesasia everyday to see if its ready for preordering.

DVD - All about Shinhwa

I've watched 5 of the 6 dvds. Only disc left is the one with Andy. Will continue to watch it tonight. The only gripe about it is that there are no English subtitles so I don't understand what the guys are saying but it is still enjoyable to watch this record of them from 1998 to 2008. Its good to know and have a part of their history kept in my Shinhwa cupboard.

Hope the guys from GOOD Entertainment will produce another dvd with English / Chinese subtitles.

All about Shinhwa DVD

I've just received my copy of the "All about Shinhwa" dvd. Can't wait to watch it after dinner.

There are 8 beautiful postcards - printed very nicely on glossy paper. Each member has an individual photo postcard and 2 group postcards (3 members on each card).

There is also a memo pad with their names on it.

There are 6 dvds. Each dvd talks about a particular member. I'll watch Hyesung's first, followed by Eric, Jinnie, Dongwan, Minwoo and lastly, Andy. I would like to watch one dvd a day, then I can keep my nights occupied with them..... but I don't know if I can stop myself from watching all of it by tonight.

Handsome Junjin's Fascination

Yesasia has shipped Junjin's Fasination but I have yet to receive it. Hope I will get my hands on it in the next few days. Can't wait. I think it's still available for order at Yesasia if you haven't got your copy for Junjin's single.

Jun Jin's mini album 2009

Jinnie's currently promoting his mini album (limited edition) and it looks good. I hear that his new song 'Hey Ya" is available on youtube.

Junjin's Fascination

Junjin's going to release a mini album in a few days. It'll be his last album and then he'll be enlisted. I'll have to wait for another 2 years before I get to buy another of his solo albums. His new album is called Fascination. I enjoyed his previous album and I am sure this will be as good. I have already heard some good reviews about the tracks on this new album on the net.

I found these photos of Hyesung taken during his Keep Leaves Concert. He looks heavenly and when matched with that beautiful voice, he really looks like an angel to me. He looks perfect from every angle.

Hyesung, I hope your injury is better now. You've got a few more weeks before the next round of concert right? Do find time to rest. Don't be like our dear Jinnie, getting hurt all over... from shoulder blade, to wrist, to toe (almost from head to toe). Junjinnie, take care too. All about Shinhwa dvd

The long awaited 'All about Shinhwa" DVD will be released on 20 May 2009 (6 dvds)

I can't wait to get my hands on it. It is already available for pre-order on yesasia and hmv japan. It is quite costly though (US $ 168) but considering that there's nothing to buy during these few years because Shinhwa's members are temporarily out of action, I don't mind buying it. It can keep me company for the next few lonely years without Shinhwa.

Shin Hyesung Keep Leaves Concert

Hyesung is going to start his Asia Tour for his album Keep Leaves. He is practising hard everyday and it seems Lee Ji Hoon is going to be his guest at the concert since his Shinhwa brothers are all busy or have enlisted.

Wonder what kind of song they will choose to perform. Can't wait.

He is a wonderful singer and it would be good if he gets the support he truly deserves at his concerts.

Countdown for Dongwan and Eric

Another month has passed by...!19 more months for Eric and 21 months for Dongwan.

I am getting busy at work and time seems to pass faster this way. My dear guys, I hope you are getting on fine. I am sure Dongwan is as I have seen him leaving messages on his blog, indicating that he is still alive and kicking.

Miss you guys. I'm still counting down the days. Take care.

Happy 11th Anniversary Shinhwa

Time flies... the 10th anniversary concert was just over and now one year has passed. After the 12th anniversary, Wannie and Eric will be out right?

Perfect Singers - Shinhwa

Here are some videos of Shinhwa singing (with the extra music accompaniment removed). Listen to their voices carefully and witness their perfect singing and dancing. Hardly missing a beat or a pitch, its almost as good as listening to their CDs.

This is solid proof that they are really talented and that's one of the reason they lasted so long in the entertainment circle. They can sing very well LIVE, unlike some other popular groups, who just act cute / cool and pretend to sing.

After listening to this, I am so very proud to be a Shinhwa fan, to know them and their talents. Of course they would have put in alot of hard work to achieve that too. Talent without perspiration is nothing. They can sing and dance at the same time, and yet not huffing and puffing, keeping in tune to the songs.

With all their craziness and playfulness, they are serious singers. That's why I love Shinhwa!

Dongwan & Eric countdown

One more month has gone by.... time passed faster this month because I was waiting anxiously for SHS's new album - Keep Leaves.

Dongwannie, another 22 months to go. Eric, you've got another 20 months to go. I wish there were 20 more days to go.

Ric & Wan, as I'm typing this blog entry, I'm listening to Ric's favourite bro - Sungie's new song (Sarang Byeong). Its really nice. His voice is strong & clear. I'm sure the two of you also enjoy listening to HS's album, right? What kind of feedback did you give to Sungie?

3rd album side 2 - Keep Leaves

I finally got my hands on my copy of Shin Hyesung's 3rd Album Side 2 - Keep Leaves.

The songs I love are track 5 (sarang byeong), track 7 (Love letter), Track 8 (beautiful girl) and Track 9 (keujarieseo). Love letter is a song of a faster tempo than most of Hyesungie's ballads.

Great job, Sungie. Love your voice. Just imported all the songs on this disc onto my 2 ipods. Going to listen to it again before I sleep because that's the loveliest thing to do, listening to you, serenading me to sleep, to sweet dreams, dreams that are all about you. Good night, Sungie.

By the way, I'm actually listening to beautiful girl (track 8) now as I'm typing this entry.

Shinhwa - Brand New

Requested for the song - Brand New on Arirang "Pops in Seoul". It was selected & played on TV. Wow! I'm so happy. I requested for the song, to remind Shinhwa that I'm still thinking of them & missing them. The song's dedicated to Shinhwa!

Hyesung's side 2 is the best seller on Yesasia's preorder chart. I heard that its also the best seller on the Japanese & Korean preorder chart. I'm so happy for you. You make all your fans proud. Shinhwa fans too.

In the second installation of his third album entitled Side 2 – Keep Leaves, Shin offers a huge dose of soulful, heart-rending lyrics and enchanting melodies, highlighted by his trademark vocals.
